General Terms and Conditions of Service
Please note that your payment is not contingent upon your satisfaction of our service. Please be reminded that we are a carpet cleaning company and this is our area of expertise. Under normal circumstances, our clients are generally very satisfied. While we put our greatest effort into our service, we cannot guarantee specific requests that you may have. The risk remains with the customer. If you have very specific requests and standards, you may consider another company that are happy to guarantee your satisfaction.
A quotation request and sent to the inquirer is valid up to thirty days from date of issuance. Any promotions that are applied at the time is only valid for the time frame of which is specified and is not extended by the thirty day quotation validity.
Payment is made upon completion of service to the field supervisor/technician. We accept cash payments as well as cheques. Please make cheques payable to Envirocare.
Please ensure that cancellation requests are done through email or phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations that is not notified within this time frame with all due diligence is subject to a penalty charge of up to $100 HKD.
In the even that weather conditions are adverse, Envirocare will abide by the local and statutory legislation regarding business closure for the safety of employees.
In a typhoon signal number 3/red rainstorm warning, Envirocare remains open and will go ahead with appointments for the day. However, clients are entitled to change their appointments without additional charges.
In a typhoon signal number 8 or above/black rainstorm warning, all appointments will be cancelled and you should contact Envirocare for an alternate date and time for your appointment. In the event that such warnings/signals are hoisted during an appointment, Envirocare will continue their current services.
Not all stains are removable. Envirocare technicians try their best but we cannot guarantee complete stain removal.
The type of carpet or fabric of your item(s) may or may not be suitable for steam cleaning or be compatible with our products. Clients must ensure that their items are compatible with our cleaning methods in accordance to its manufacturer's instructions. Envirocare is not responsible to make such assurances and thereby are not liable to damages or other changes to the upholstery or carpets.
Envirocare reserves the final right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend or vary any of the General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By making a request for a service appointment, it is presumed that the client agrees and understands all the terms and conditions.
